Welcome to Episode 2 of Holly Jolly X'masu! In this episode, I discuss several Japanese Christmas songs that became hits after their inclusion in commercials.
As promised in the episode, here's a link to a YouTube video with a collection of the Japan Rail commercials with Tatsuro Yamashita's "Christmas Eve." The first one is the 1988 commercial with the breakdancing.
